How to buy a property with good vastu?
1. Always buy a new plot or “successful” premises. A new premises does not have a history, making these the optimal choice. However, if you are looking at a preowned premises, buy one from someone who is moving into a bigger location, got a grand success and is moving to a large space. Property that are for sale from a bankrupt is not the best choice. To purchase such premises mean that you are buying those problems too. How so? The property might be the problem. Or, there might be a landscape which may causing the difficulty. It’s best to avoid these kinds of premises.
2.When moving into a preowned location, it is important to clear the energies of the previous occupant. You can do this by cleaning, painting and replacing non working plumbings. You can have the energies cleared professionally. This means you interrupt the energy flow, and will not get stuck with any bad luck the previous owners had!
3. Irregular shape of the property creates missing corner and missing direction. Try to buy a regular-shaped property or plot. Square or rectangle shaped lots are especially good.
4. Pre owned property should be examined by professional expert.
5. If the premises faces open land or has a wide, open area in north or east, then it is extremely auspicious. This brings unlimited opportunities in the business.
6. If there is a tree too close to the property, especially if it is in line with the front door, this is not good and will prevent opportunities for the company.
7. Be sure to look at the approach to the property. If the road ends at a straight line to the house, this is not at all good. This can be corrected with the pyramids or Plants.
Main door-Prime importance in vastu shastra?
According to vastu, the main gate or entrance has been accorded prime importance as it lets in or keeps out the vital life-giving force that promotes success, wealth and growth.
Urja (energy) enters the premises through doors and windows. However, the front door of your premises is where the major part of energy enters and therefore this door plays an important role in determining the flow of vibrations experienced by the establishment.
These unit should not have cracking sounds from hinges on opening of the main door. It is “Swar Vedha” according to vastu. A sticky door may indicate that something is not working in your business.
The entrance area should be neat and clean and avoid having a scrap or waste area near the entrance. All the doors should open in clock wise direction. Door opening in anti-clock direction causes delay in work, slow progress and difference of opinion among the employees.
The main door should not have cracks. As per vasthu sastra it is indeed very inauspicious to have the main door in an unwelcoming condition.The main entrance door of the premises should be larger than the other doors inside the unit.
Any shadow e.g. shadaow of tree, building etc. should not fall on the main door.
The main door of the unit should not be below ground level. There should not be an underground tank, septic tank, or canal under the main entrance. There should not be any abandoned, wrecked buildings in front of the main entrance. Such situations are highly inauspicious.
It is auspicious to have main entrance in the north or east. Wherever the entrance of any building is in the east, the business enjoys continuous progress , increasing prosperity, and harmonious relations with the employees and customers others; but wherever unit are facing south or south-west, the opposite is the result.
